We operate our business out of the Shree Group buildings in the MIDC area of Ambad, across the units H-166, H-167, and H-168. Being located in a large industrial zone means there is always a lot of heavy activity going on all around us. There are always big trucks moving in and out of the lanes and you can hear the constant sound of other factories nearby. Our workspace is spread across these three different units, so we are constantly walking back and forth between them throughout the shift. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially when the machines are running. We do a lot of technical work here, so there are always wires, various components, and tools sitting out on the workbenches. It is definitely not the kind of place you would visit if you were looking for nice decor. It is practical and built specifically for getting the job done. We have got a small team, and everyone knows exactly what their role is. We do not spend any time on long meetings or fancy presentations. We just look at what needs to be fixed or built each day and then we get to it. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, which can be a bit frustrating, but we just manage it as best we can. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a telephone. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor. It is a bit of a gritty environment, but that is just the nature of Ambad.
