Shishodia Vishal operates out of the Lear Automotive India Pvt Ltd premises in the B-96 MIDC Ambad area of Nashik. Being in an industrial zone like MIDC Ambad means there is always a lot of heavy work going on nearby. You can hear the sounds of the factories and trucks moving around most of the day. It’s a different vibe than being in the city center. The office is practical and built for getting things done. We don't have much in the way of soft carpets or fancy lights. It’s mostly metal desks and functional furniture. We are part of the busy Ambad landscape, surrounded by other large companies and warehouses. Our work keeps us busy, and we usually don't have much time for small talk. The weather in Ambad can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we are glad for the fans we have. It’s a very straightforward environment where the focus is on the tasks at hand. We deal with people from all over Nashik who come to this industrial hub for business. It is a long way from the residential parts of town, but it’s where the work is. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and then head back out into the traffic at the end of the day. It is a regular, hard-working life here in the Ambad industrial belt.
