Shashikant Nirgude

Shashikant Nirgude operates out of Sujivan Society, which is right in the heart of the New Pandit Colony area near Gangapur Road. Nashik is a great place to work, especially this part of town where things are a bit more established. We are at number 6, and it’s a fairly straightforward setup. There isn’t much to say about us that isn’t just plain truth. We show up every morning, open the doors, and start working on whatever needs doing. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively calm, which helps when you need to concentrate. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time now. You won't find any shiny brochures here or people in suits trying to sell you things you don't need. It is just a small team of us handling the daily load. Sometimes the chai wala nearby comes by, and that’s our big break for the day. We like the way things are run here—no fuss, no unnecessary complications. Being on Gangapur Road means we are close to everything, but being tucked inside the society gives us a bit of peace. It’s a humble place, honestly. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure we don't fall behind. That is how we have always done things, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. We just keep going.
