Sachin Hair Cutting Salon

Located out on the Nashik Pune Highway in Nandurshingote, our shop stays pretty busy with people traveling through. Being right at Nimon Naka makes it easy to spot if you are coming from Sinnar or heading towards Pune. It’s a simple building, nothing too modern. I’ve been running Sachin Hair Cutting Salon with some help, and we just focus on keeping the chairs full. The highway traffic makes a lot of noise, so we usually have to speak up a bit when we talk to the customers. The dust from the road gets inside sometimes, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and the mirrors. It’s a small town vibe here in Nandurshingote. We get farmers from the surrounding fields and drivers who stop their trucks for a quick break. We don't have any of the high-end equipment you see in the city shops, just our scissors, clippers, and some combs. The water for washing hair is kept in a big plastic drum in the back. We open up early in the morning before the sun gets too high and stay until it gets dark. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. People around here don't want anything fancy, just a decent cut so they look presentable for the week. We’ve been here at this spot for a long time and we know how to handle the different types of hair that come through the door.
