Sachin Baviskar

Over in the RK area of Nashik, Sachin Baviskar is based at number 11, Mangaldhara Co-Op Hsg Society. It’s a residential society, so it’s a pretty calm place to be. Number 11 is where I handle all my business. I’ve been a part of this housing society for a while now. It’s the kind of place where people know each other by name. I don't have a big office with a lot of staff. It’s just me, Sachin Baviskar, working from my spot in Mangaldhara. Nashik is a great city because it’s not as crazy as Mumbai, but it still has everything you need. The RK area is well-connected. My workspace is just a room I’ve dedicated to my tasks. It has my files, my computer, and a lot of notebooks. I’m not into fancy decor or showing off. I just want a place where I can sit down and get the job done. Sometimes I’ll have a tea on the balcony and watch the society life go by before getting back to work. It’s a very grounded way to run things. I don’t have any marketing slogans or missions. I just do the work that comes my way and try to keep things organized. It’s a one-man show for the most part. The address is simple to find if you are in the neighborhood. It’s just a regular home where real work happens every day. I don't see the need to move somewhere bigger.
