Our place, Radhika Beauty and Spa, is located in the Gangapur area of Nashik. It’s a nice part of town, a bit more relaxed than the city center. We offer various beauty services and some basic spa treatments. It’s not a luxury resort type of spa, just a local spot where you can get a massage or a facial to relax a bit. We’ve set it up as best as we could with what we had. The rooms are small but we try to keep them quiet. We use regular products that people trust. Nashik is known for its pleasant weather, and Gangapur is a good place to be based. Most of the people who come to us live in the nearby apartments. We don't have a big marketing team or social media managers. It’s just us talking to our customers. Sometimes we run late if a service takes longer than expected, but we try to stay on schedule. The decor is simple, mostly just functional stuff. We wanted to create a place where local women could come without feeling intimidated by high-end prices. It’s a practical business.
