You can find us at Progressive Organic on the second floor of Riddhi Park, over on Tilakwadi Road in Nashik. We’ve been in this office for a bit now, and it’s where all the main decisions happen. Nashik is a huge hub for all kinds of farming, so it felt like the right place to be. We are a producer company, which means we work with a lot of different farmers around the region. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure everyone is on the same page with the organic standards. We aren't some glossy corporation with a big marketing budget. Our office is functional, with a few desks and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to meet growers in the surrounding villages. Some days are stressful when the logistics don't line up, but we always find a way to make it work. We started this because we saw that farmers weren't getting a fair shake on their own. By coming together, we can handle the business side better. It’s not all sunshine and perfect crops; we have our fair share of bad days and mistakes. But we’re honest about it. We just want to keep things moving forward and make sure the organic produce gets to where it needs to go. It’s a busy life here in Nashik, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It keeps us on our toes and active.
