Prerana Beauty Parlour

Prerana Beauty Parlour is located right in the heart of the old city in Panchavati. We are in Shop Number 1 at Sardar Chowke in Muthe Lane, which is inside the Hari Om Darshan building. It’s a very busy area because we are right beside the Kapaleshwar Temple and directly opposite the Ramkund. You can always hear the bells from the temple and see the crowds of pilgrims going down to the water. Because of the location, we get a mix of local residents and people who are just visiting the holy sites. The lane is narrow and always packed with people and small shops selling flowers or incense. My parlor is a quiet little corner away from all that noise. I’ve been here for a long time, and I’ve seen the area change quite a bit, but the temple and the river stay the same. I mainly do threading, facials, and bridal hair for local weddings. The space inside is quite small, so I have to be careful with how I arrange the furniture. I don’t use any big machines or fancy gadgets, just my hands and some basic supplies I buy from the market. It gets very busy during the festival seasons, and sometimes I’m working until late at night to finish everyone’s requests. It’s a humble place, but being so close to Ramkund gives it a special feel that you won’t find in the newer parts of Nashik.
