Pravin Saloon

You can find Pravin Saloon right on the Main Road in Nashik. We are just across from the Network Mobile shop. It’s a busy part of town, always people walking by and bikes zooming past. We’ve been cutting hair here for a long time. It’s a traditional barber shop style. No fancy music or air conditioning that freezes you out. Just a few mirrors, good scissors, and a steady hand. Men from all over the Main Road area come in for a shave or a quick cut. On Sunday mornings, there is usually a line of guys waiting outside. We have some old magazines on the table, though most people just talk about the local news while they wait. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast, so we’re always sweeping. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big sign with neon lights. Just the name above the door. Nashik is getting more modern salons now, but we stay the same. We like the old way of doing things. It's honest work. The chairs have seen better days, but they are solid. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often grab a chai from the stall next door.
