Our group is based out in Boredaiwat village, which is in the Kalwan taluka area. The official address is house number 138, but everyone around here knows where we are. We are a farmers producer company, so it’s basically just a bunch of us from the local area who got together. It is not like a city office at all. We spend a lot of time out and about, not just sitting behind desks. Being in a place like Kalwan means things move a bit slower than in the big cities, and we are fine with that. We don't have any fancy marketing teams or people in suits. Most of the time, we’re just talking about crops, the weather, and how to get things from the farm to the market. Prakruteeorganicshivar is just a name on a piece of paper; the real work is done by the hands of the people here. We use the space at Vg Boredaiwat to keep our records and meet up when we need to decide something. It’s a practical setup. There’s usually some dust on the floor and the furniture is old, but it works for us. We don't try to look like something we're not. We are just local farmers trying to manage our own business and keep things moving for the community. It's not always easy but we get by with what we have and keep the work going.
