Patel Engineering Ltd. Mumbai

This branch of Patel Engineering Ltd is located in Satana, which is a bit of a drive from Nasik city. We are at 31, Sanmitra Housing Society on Nampur Road. Being in a housing society means it’s a very calm and safe place to work. The office is basically a converted house with a small yard. We do a lot of the regional coordination for the Mumbai office from here. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the local engineering needs and keeping an eye on projects in the nearby talukas. The atmosphere is very low-key. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small plate near the gate. We spend our mornings checking emails and the afternoons visiting different work sites. The road outside can get a bit busy with tractors and local transport, but inside it’s usually quiet enough to think. We’ve got a small area where we keep our files and some old engineering manuals. There’s a big tree in the yard that gives us a lot of shade, which is where we usually park our bikes. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just come in, do our hours, and make sure the engineering specs are being followed. It’s a good, honest living in a nice part of the district, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood while we get the job done right.
