Larsen & Toubro Ltd

We have been here at the Malegaon MIDC area in Sinnar for quite a while now. It is a busy spot in the Nasik district, and most of us here at Larsen & Toubro Ltd just show up every morning, grab some tea, and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. It gets pretty dusty out here sometimes because of all the nearby industries, but we are used to it. The shop floor is always active. We don’t really do fancy speeches or anything like that. People around here just know where the office is if they need to drop off paperwork or check on an order. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a short break and sit outside until things get moving again. It is a straightforward place to work. We have a small crew and most of us live nearby in the village or in Nasik city. Usually, we are busy with parts and equipment, making sure everything is loaded onto the trucks properly. It isn't the most glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and the work is steady. If you are looking for us, we are right in the heart of the MIDC. The gate is usually open by eight. We try to keep things organized but with so much stuff moving in and out, it can get a bit cluttered. That is just how it is when you are actually making things. We just focus on the task.
