Paresh Raundal is located over at Rajlakxmi Apartment in Indira Nagar, Nashik. It’s one of those busy areas where there is always something going on. We have been here long enough that the neighbors know us, and we know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on the main roads. The office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It is a functional space where the real work happens. We don't have a reception desk with a bowl of mints; we just have our workstations and a lot of coffee cups. Indira Nagar has grown so much lately, but we keep our operations simple. We like staying local because it feels more real. You deal with people face-to-face, and you don’t have to hide behind corporate emails. Most of our days are spent just going through the list of things to do. We don’t overthink it. If a job comes in, we handle it. If someone stops by, we talk to them. It is a very practical way to run a business. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We’ve got everything we need right here. There is no need for anything flashy when the work speaks for itself. We just enjoy the routine of being in Nashik and being part of this community. It is a honest living, and that is what matters to us at the end of the day. It’s just how we operate.
