Pamkaj Hair Salon

Our place, Pamkaj Hair Salon, is located on Lam Road in the Deolali area of Nashik. We are basically right opposite the Kothari Temple, so it is quite easy to find if you are walking around there. The pin code here is 422401 and it is a typical neighborhood spot. We have been running things here for a while and the routine is mostly the same every day. We open the shutters, sweep the front step, and get the chairs ready for whoever walks in. Being near a temple means there are always people moving about, especially in the mornings and evenings when the bells are ringing. Inside the shop, things are pretty straightforward. We have the mirrors, the chairs that lean back for a shave, and the usual bottles of water and hair oil on the counters. It gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep it clean enough. People from around Deolali come by for a quick trim or just to sit for a bit while they wait. We don’t have any big signs or anything too flashy, just the name on the board outside. The scissors have a specific sound when they snip, and that is mostly what you hear along with some talk about the weather or local news. It is a small space, but it works for what we do. We just keep busy with the hair cutting and whatever else needs doing during the day.
