Oscan Group

Oscan Group is based in Nasik, at Flat No 2 in the Sunflower Apartment. This is part of the Garden Estate, which you can find right behind the Natraj Hotel on Nasik Road. We decided to set up our office in an apartment because it feels more comfortable and less stiff than a regular commercial building. We do not have a big sign or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you will just see a regular flat that has been turned into a workspace. We handle various business activities from here. Most of the day is spent on the computer or making calls to get things sorted out. Nasik Road is a busy area, but our spot in Garden Estate is relatively calm. We are not some big conglomerate with fancy suits. We are just a small team working out of a flat. Sometimes we have to deal with the usual problems like the power going out or the internet acting up, but that is just part of life here. We do not have a corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just come in every morning and do what needs to be done. It is a very simple way of operating. We know the other people in the building and it feels like a nice community. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep everything running smoothly. It is a practical office for a practical group of people.
