We are tucked away in Lane No 4 of Ram Sharnam Colony. If you know the Dhriti Sale and Services spot, we are right there. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty calm during the day. Omega Infotech isn't a huge operation. We mostly deal with tech stuff that comes our way. Sometimes it’s computers acting up or people needing help with software. We set up this space because it was close to home and didn’t cost a fortune. Working in a colony like this means we know most of the people living around here. You might see us heading out for tea in the afternoon or carrying some boxes into the shop. The office is a bit cramped because of all the wires and spare parts lying around. We try to keep it tidy but tech work is messy. It’s just how it is. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s informal, which is how we like it. We’ve been at this for a bit now, learning as we go. Every day brings a different problem to solve. Some days are slow, others we can't seem to find enough time. We don't spend money on big ads or websites. Most folks find us through a friend or just by walking past Lane 4. We’re just local guys doing what we know how to do.
