Om Sai Foods

Our shop is at G-19 in the Raghuveer Sinfony Shopping Complex. Being on Dhaimrag Road means we get a mix of people coming in, some just browsing the complex and others specifically looking for us. The shopping complex is a bit more modern than some other places in the area, but our shop is still very much a down-to-earth operation. We have shelves filled with different food items and we spend a lot of our time just restocking or cleaning the glass. It’s a small space, so we have to be smart about where we put things so customers can actually walk around. Working in a complex means we have to follow some rules about opening times, but other than that, we run it our own way. We don't use any fancy sales talk when people walk in. If they have a question, we answer it simply and let them shop in peace. Most of the day is just waiting on customers and making sure the inventory matches what’s in the back. It can get a bit loud in the halls during the weekends when families come out for their shopping. We’ve been here at Om Sai Foods for a bit and have gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. It’s a decent place to work and we just focus on keeping the shelves full and the floor clean. No big philosophy, just selling food in a busy shopping center.
