Nitin Gholap & Company

So, Nitin Gholap & Company is based over in Karambalekar Tower. If you have spent any time in Nashik, you probably know the Raviwar Karanja area. It is a pretty central part of the 422001 district, so there is always something happening right outside our office windows. The tower itself is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It is not the newest building in the city, but it works for us and has everything we need to get through the day. I usually walk in and see the same faces every morning. We are not big on corporate meetings or long speeches here. It is more about just sitting down at the desk and starting the work. The fans hum in the background, and there is usually the sound of someone typing or shuffling through folders. Raviwar Karanja can be a bit chaotic with the markets and the people, but inside Karambalekar Tower, it is mostly just the usual office vibe. We have a routine that has not changed much over the years. We take our tea breaks, talk about the weather or the local news, and then get back to it. It is a practical setup for a practical group of people. We do not really go in for anything flashy or expensive. We just stay here in our corner of Nashik and keep things moving forward as best as we can, one day at a time. The light is usually fading by the time we leave.
