Our small office is located in Makhmalabad, Nasik. It’s not much to look at from the outside, just a simple place where we handle insurance and investment work. We’ve been here for a good while now, sitting at these same desks. Most of our days are spent going through files and talking to people about their savings. Pavan started this because he saw folks in the neighborhood struggling with all the bank forms and policy details. We don't have any of those big fancy screens or a reception desk. Usually, someone just walks in, pulls up a plastic chair, and we start talking. Nasik is changing fast with more traffic and new buildings everywhere, but our corner stays pretty much the same. We handle life insurance and some small investment plans for families nearby. Sometimes the paperwork gets piled up high on the table, especially towards the end of the financial year. We try to keep it all sorted, though. It’s a lot of reading the fine print so our neighbors don’t have to. We usually have the fan going because it gets quite warm in the afternoons. Sometimes we share a cup of tea while looking over a policy. It’s just how we do things. We aren't a big city firm, just some local people who know how the systems work. We stay open until the evening most days, unless something comes up.
