Nilkamal Hair Cutting Salon is located inside the Shri Bhairavnath Shopping Centre in Sinnar. We are right by Nehru Chowk near the Navapul. My shop is tucked in there, and we have enough room for a couple of people to wait. I keep the mirrors clean and the capes washed. It’s important to stay neat even if the shop isn't fancy. People from all over Sinnar come by, especially on market days. I don't use any complicated machinery, just my hands and the shears I've had for ages. It’s honest work. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops come in for a chat when things are slow. We drink some tea and talk about the news. I think people like coming here because it feels familiar. There aren't any surprises. You get your hair cut, pay the price, and go about your day. I try to be quick but careful. It’s a simple trade that I’ve spent my life learning. The location near Navapul makes it easy for people traveling through to stop by. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a local cutting salon where everyone is welcome to sit down. I've seen the town change a lot from this window, but the hair still grows the same.
