Navale Organic Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are over here in Maldad, which is a part of Sangamner in the Ahmednagar area. Most people around here know Bhaskar Ramchandra Nawale, and our setup is right there at Sn 437, Shramik Pratisthan. It’s not some fancy corporate building, just a place where we get things done for the farmers in our group. Being a producer company means we spend a lot of time talking to the folks who actually grow things in the dirt. We focused on organic farming because that's what makes sense for the land around here. It gets busy during the harvest times and there is always paperwork to handle which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just try to keep things moving so the organic produce gets where it needs to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or the roads are rough, but that's just how it is living in this part of Maharashtra. We’ve been at this for a while now, working out of the office in Maldad and trying to make sure our farmer members have what they need. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a group that works together on the ground. If you come by, you'll probably see us sorting through records or talking to a neighbor about their crop. It's a simple operation, really. Just people from the village trying to do right by the land and each other.
