N-Gravetek

Our shop is at Plot No. D-44 in the MIDC Satpur area. It’s a typical industrial plot, nothing too special to look at from the outside. N-Gravetek is where we do all our engraving and technical work. Inside, it’s mostly filled with our tools and the machines we use for the precision stuff. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of material coming in. Satpur is a busy part of town, so there’s always trucks moving around and the sound of work going on next door. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. The light inside isn’t the best, so we have these big lamps over the workstations so we can see what we’re doing. It’s quiet work in some ways, because you have to concentrate, but the machines make their own kind of racket. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. It’s just us doing the engraving. Sometimes we stay late when a job is tricky or if we’re behind. We usually grab a tea from the stall at the corner when we need a break and talk about the weekend. It’s a simple life, focused on making sure the lines are straight and the marks are deep enough. We just do what we do every single day.
