Our workshop is at Plot No J-16 in the Ambad MIDC area. It’s right near the additional industrial section, so there are factories all around us. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor dealing with metal and machinery. It’s a bit dusty and loud because that is just the nature of fabrication work. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now and we know the area well. Gsk Fabtech isn't a massive corporation with glass offices. We are more about the practical side of things. Most days you will find us in our work clothes, making sure the machines are running and the orders are being filled. The heat in the industrial area can get pretty intense during the summer months, but we just get on with it. We have a small team here and everyone knows their role. It’s not always pretty, and the floors get dirty, but the equipment is what matters. We deal with a lot of industrial clients who need things made to specific sizes. Sometimes the supply trucks have a hard time finding the exact plot, but once they do, it’s all routine. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room, just the main gate and the workspace. We stay busy with the local manufacturing needs. It is hard work, but it keeps us going. There is always something that needs cutting or welding before the day ends.
