We are situated in the Palika Bazar Complex on Sharanpur Road, specifically on the Trimbak Link Road side. If you go to the railway reservation office at Canada Corner, we are actually right below them. It’s a convenient spot even if it’s a bit tucked away. The complex has been here a long time and so have we. Inside, the office is pretty straightforward. We have our computers, some old filing cabinets, and enough chairs for whoever drops by. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine photo. It’s a real office where things happen. We deal with systems and travel stuff all day. Sometimes the air feels a bit still since we are below the main level, but we keep the fans going. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they were already upstairs at the railway office. We talk to all sorts of people, from students to retirees. Everyone has different needs, and we just try to sort them out as best as we can. We don't use fancy talk or try to sell you things you don't need. We just tell you what's available and what's not. It’s a steady pace here. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the traffic from the link road. It’s just our daily life in Nashik. We've been here for many years now and know the area well.
