We are located in a place called Sinnar, which is in the Nashik district. Our office for Mithkal Minds Private Limited is actually at House Number 1860 in Zhapwadi Shivartal. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which we actually prefer. Sinnar has its own charm. We aren't a huge company with a glass building. We work from a more modest setting. It’s a practical choice for us. Being here allows us to focus on our work without too many distractions. The surroundings are a bit more rural than the big IT hubs, so it's a different vibe entirely. We have our setup there and we get our work done just the same. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment that we don't need. Just the basics to keep the business running. We handle things as they come. If a problem pops up, we talk about it and find a way to solve it. There aren't many layers of management here. You just talk to whoever is sitting next to you. It's a very straightforward way of working. We enjoy the local atmosphere and the fact that we can do our jobs without all the pressure of a big city environment. It might get a bit quiet at times, but that's when we get the most work done on our computers.
