Mani Changat

Down here in Nasik, we operate out of Suvarnajayanthi Hgs in the Indira Nagar area. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it stays fairly calm during the day. Mani started this setup at number 12, and it has been the base for everything we do for quite a while now. Maharashtra has some beautiful spots, and Nasik is definitely one of them, especially when the weather is nice. The office itself is just a part of the house that has been converted so we can work without too many distractions. We have a few cupboards filled with old records and a couple of laptops that have seen better days. There isn't a team of fifty people here, just a few of us who know each other well and work together to get things handled. We do not have a big front desk or a waiting area because most of our work happens behind the scenes. Usually, the morning starts with a cup of tea and a quick look at the list of things to do. We try to finish everything by evening so we can spend time with our families. It is a very straightforward way to run things. We do not use any complicated software or systems, just pen, paper, and the basic stuff you need to run a small local operation. It is honest work and we stay busy enough to keep going through the month.
