We are Malegaon Kranti Agro Producer Companylimited. We are situated in Malegaon village, which is in the Kannad taluka. Our office is actually at Keshavrao Pundlik Thokal’s house. We are just a group of local farmers trying to make things work. Farming in Malegaon has been our way of life for generations. We started this company because the costs of everything keep going up and it was getting hard to manage. Keshavrao helps us with all the books and the legal stuff. We don't have a fancy business plan. Our plan is just to work hard and try to sell our crops for a decent price. We spend most of our time out in the fields, not sitting behind desks. When we do get together at Keshavrao's place, it's usually to talk about the rain or the price of diesel. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just neighbors helping neighbors. Kannad is a good area, but you have to work the soil hard to get anything out of it. We are honest people doing a tough job. If you ever come through Malegaon, you can find us easily. We don't have a big sign, but everyone knows where the Thokal house is. We are just trying to keep the farming spirit alive in our village without all the corporate nonsense.
