Maab It Solutions Private Limited

Our office is located at Sai Prasad Residency in the Khande Mala area of Nashik. We are at Plot No. 8, which is part of the larger Sr.No.987/8. Nashik is a bit more relaxed than places like Mumbai or Pune, and our workplace definitely reflects that slower pace. We are not located in some tall skyscraper; we are in a more traditional, local building. Maab It Solutions is basically just us sitting at our desks, working through the different tasks we have for the day. We do not have any big marketing speeches or corporate goals to talk about. We just provide IT solutions to the people who need them and try to do a decent job of it. The office is a bit on the small side, but it has everything we really need to stay productive. Most of us live fairly close by, so the daily commute isn't too stressful compared to what people face in the bigger cities. We usually start the morning with some hot tea and a quick chat about what needs to get done before the day ends. There is no fancy HR department or a big cafeteria here. We just eat our lunch together and then get back to our work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or it gets a little too hot in the afternoon, but we just keep going. It is a very grounded and simple way of working.
