Kumar Saloon

If you’re walking down College Road in Nashik, you might have seen Kumar Saloon. We are at Shop No 2, right near the Hdfc Bank. It’s a busy street with lots of shops and people always moving around, especially with the colleges nearby. I’ve been working here for several years now. The shop is small but it serves the purpose. We get a lot of students from the nearby institutions because it’s convenient for them to drop in between classes. We also have regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened. It’s a basic setup with a few mirrors and chairs. I don't go in for all those expensive decorations you see in the malls. This is just a place for a haircut or a shave. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long, though on Saturdays it can get a little crowded. The address is easy to find on College Road, zip code 422005. I usually keep the door open to let some air in since it’s a compact space. People know me by name and I know theirs, which is how a local business should be. We don't do anything too fancy, just the standard styles people ask for. If you’re in the area and need a trim, you can just walk in. There’s no need for an appointment most of the time. It’s just me and one other guy working here most days to keep things running for the people who need us.
