Kothari Food Products

Kothari Food Products is located at E7 in Bhakti Puja Nagar, which is part of the Mangalwar Peth area. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, and we’ve seen it grow and change around us. Our day starts pretty early because that’s when the food production side of things has to get moving. We focus on a few different items, and we spend a lot of time making sure everything is packaged correctly before it goes out. The space we have is functional, with enough room for our machines and a bit of storage. It isn't a massive factory, just a local operation where we keep things under control. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. We mostly just rely on people knowing we are here and the quality of what we make. Sometimes things break down or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That is the reality of running a small food business. The people who work here are mostly from nearby, so it feels like a community effort. We keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand. If you’re ever in Mangalwar Peth, you might see us loading up the small trucks in the morning. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we know how to do best.
