Kisan Enterprises

We’re over at Shop No. 2 in the Indumati Complex. It’s right on the Nashik Road, which is part of the main Nashik Pune Highway. If you’re driving between the two cities, you’ve probably passed our shop a dozen times without even realizing it was there. Kisan Enterprises is a small, quiet operation. The shop isn’t very large, but we make the most of the limited space we have. It’s a bit noisy being so close to the main highway, with the constant sound of truck horns and loud engines, but we don’t really notice it much anymore. We keep the front doors wide open most of the time to let a bit of a breeze in, even if it brings in some of the dust and exhaust from the road. There’s a small metal desk where I sit and a few wooden shelves for the supplies we keep on hand. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a PR person to handle things. If you want to know something about what we do, you just walk in and ask. We’ve been at Indumati Complex for a while now, and we’ve seen plenty of other businesses come and go. We just keep plugging away at our own tasks. The work is steady enough, and that’s really all we can ask for at the end of the day. Sometimes the highway gets shut down for repairs and things get very quiet, which is a nice change of pace. We’re just regular people trying to run a shop.
