Nayoma Tech

Our place, Nayoma Tech, is situated on Jail Road, over in the Nashik Road area. It’s a busy stretch of road and we are right there among all the other shops and businesses. We deal with tech stuff, mostly repairs and helping people with their gadgets. It’s a small shop, not one of those big malls. We have a counter in the front and a workbench in the back where all the tools are kept. Usually, there are a few half-opened laptops or phones lying around while we wait for parts to arrive. It can get a bit cluttered, honestly. We don't have a team of receptionists; usually, whoever is free just comes to the front to talk to the customers. We try to explain what’s wrong with their devices without using too many big words. Most people just want their stuff to work again so they can get back to their lives. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and tiny circuits. It's quiet work except for when we have the radio on or when customers are chatting. The traffic on Jail Road can be quite loud, but we don't mind it much anymore. We have been here for a while and we know many of the regulars who stop by for advice or a quick fix. It's a basic setup but it works for us and for the people who live nearby. We just do the repairs and keep things moving.
