Ink And Glory Technology operates out of Nashik, specifically in the Cidco area. We’re set up in Bungalow No A-4, which is part of the AWH 04th Scheme. It’s a bit of a different setup than your usual office building since it’s an actual bungalow. This gives us a lot of room and a bit of a garden area, which is great during the Nashik winters when the weather is actually pleasant. We’ve been here in Pavan Nagar for some time now. The vibe is pretty relaxed. We don't really have a strict dress code or anything like that. People come in, grab a chair, and start working on their tech projects. The name Ink and Glory sounds a bit dramatic, but we’re actually quite grounded. Most of the day is spent coding or looking at designs. Nashik is a bit slower than Mumbai or Pune, and we like it that way. It gives us time to actually focus on the details without feeling like we’re in a constant race. We have our lunch together most days, usually talking about things that have nothing to do with technology. It’s a friendly environment. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just a local business trying to make good things happen from our little corner of Maharashtra. It is a simple life for us here.
