Hotel Appa Dhaba

You will find our dhaba right on the Nashik Pune Highway in Shinde. We are located near the HP Niranjan Petrol Pump, so we see a lot of cars and trucks pulling in all the time. It is a 422102 area and the highway is always humming with traffic. Being a dhaba, we are not trying to be a five-star hotel. It is a rugged, simple place where travelers can pull over and take a break from driving. We have got some outdoor seating and a roof over the main area. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We serve food and have some space for people to rest. It is a family-run kind of spot, and we do most of the work ourselves. We do not have a fancy website or anything like that. Most people just see us from the road while they are driving between Nashik and Pune. We try to keep the food simple and filling because that is what people on a long trip usually want. The pavement outside is a bit uneven, and there is always some dust from the highway, but that is just life at a roadside dhaba. We have been here for a while and we know many of the drivers who pass through regularly. It is a modest place, but it belongs to us. We keep the lights on late for the night drivers. It is a busy life on the highway, and we just keep moving.
