If you are looking for Hotel Annapurna Family Chinese Corner, we are in Shop number 7 at Mathura Kashi Tower. It’s on Deolali Pathardi Road in the Pathardi Phata area of Nashik. We are right across from G.P. Sweets, so that makes us easy to find if you’re driving by. This isn't a big fancy restaurant with waiters in suits; it’s more of a local spot where families come to eat. We started this place because we liked cooking and wanted a shop of our own. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen chopping vegetables or at the counter taking orders. The space inside is small, just a few tables and chairs, and it can get pretty hot when the stove is going full blast. We do a lot of takeout orders for people living in the 422009 area who are heading home from work. The floor gets a bit greasy sometimes because of all the frying, but we scrub it down every night before we close up. We don’t use any special marketing tricks, we just put the food on the plate and hope people like it enough to come back next week. It’s a lot of hard work standing on your feet all day, but we enjoy seeing the regular faces from the neighborhood. It’s just a simple food stall in a tower, doing what we can to keep things running smoothly. We’re just here every day cooking.
