Our office is actually in a house, number 58, out in the Govardhan area. Nashik is a big place, but we’re a bit away from the main city noise. It’s a quiet area, which is nice because it lets us focus on the ledger books and the paperwork. We don’t have a big glass front or a sign that lights up at night. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our workspace. Most of the people who come by are neighbors or people from the local taluka who we've known for a long time. We spend a lot of time writing things down in big registers. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us and everyone understands it. We have a small table where we keep the local newspapers and a jug of water for anyone who stops in. The staff is just a few local folks who know the area very well. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a breather until it comes back on. It’s a simple life here in Nashik. We don't have fancy software for every little thing; we just use what we have and keep the records straight. It’s a plain little spot in the 422002 pin code area. We don't try to be anything we're not. It’s just a house where the daily work happens.
