Happy Nari Care Products Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 28 E-51, in the Flatted Building at M.I.D.C Satpur. If you know the industrial area here, you know it is all about manufacturing and large warehouses. Our space is in one of those big buildings where several different businesses share the same roof. It is a very industrial feel, with concrete floors and high ceilings that echo whenever someone drops a tool or moves a crate. We are focused on making care products, so there is a constant movement of raw materials coming in and finished packs going out to the trucks. The air usually has a faint scent of whatever we are making that day, which is actually quite nice compared to the smell of grease or smoke from some of the neighboring units. We have a small crew of people who have been with us since we first started at this location. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes fancy drinks; we just have a big water cooler and a small room to sit in during our breaks. The work can be tiring because we are on our feet most of the day, watching the machines and checking the packaging. It is a noisy place when everything is running at once, and we have to shout to be heard. We keep our heads down and try to get as much done as we can before the shift ends.
