Anand Press is located inside the Surana Complex at Shop-9. If you know Fawade Lane Rk, you probably know where that is. It's a bit tucked away, but we’ve been here long enough that people find us. We do a lot of paper work, mostly printing forms or flyers for the businesses nearby. The shop is quite narrow so we have to stack the boxes of paper high up. It’s just how it is when you’re in a complex like this. I’ve been running this place with my brother and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The noise of the press is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We don't have fancy office chairs or anything, just some stools and a counter. Sometimes the ink gets on our hands and stays there all day. We try to get things done by the time we say we will, though sometimes the machines need a bit of tinkering to keep running smooth. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth has always been enough for us. It’s a simple life running a press in Fawade Lane. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. If the shutters are up, we're inside working, so you can just walk in and ask about whatever you need printed.
