Our company, Gray-Gate Technologies, is located at Karanjgaon in Nashik. The address is GT No-483, and it is the building owned by Bhikaji Pandit Dighe. Being in this part of Maharashtra means we are a bit away from the main city center of Nashik, but we prefer the slower pace out here. It is much quieter than the industrial hubs. The office itself is quite plain. We have the essentials and not much else. There are no high-speed elevators or marble floors here. We have some basic desks and a few old cupboards for our files. The air is a bit fresher than in the city, which is nice when we step outside for a break. We are a private limited firm, but we run things in a very local, hands-on way. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is common in this area, so we have to be careful with our equipment. Most of the people working here are from the nearby areas, so the talk in the office is usually about local things or what's happening in the village. It feels more like a community spot than a tech office. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website, we just focus on the work that comes in. It’s a simple life at GT No-483, and we are quite content with the way we have set things up near Karanjgaon.
