Our office is located on Kaut Ghat Road in the Bhabha Nagar area, near Dwarka in Nashik. We’ve got a spot at House Number 34, and it’s usually pretty hectic around here. We deal with all sorts of food and catering-style arrangements. It’s not just sitting at a desk; we’re often out and about, looking at venues or checking on kitchen setups. The Dwarka area is always busy, which keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a polished corporate image. We’re more likely to be found with flour on our shirts or arguing with a delivery driver about a late shipment. It’s a real-world business where things go wrong and you have to fix them fast. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen all sorts of events. We don’t use fancy slogans to get noticed. People just know us from the work we’ve done around Nashik. It’s a lot of long hours and weekends, especially when there’s a big event on. We don’t mind it though. It’s satisfying to see everything come together after a week of planning. We just keep our heads down and focus on the food and the people we’re serving. It’s a straightforward way to live, even if it gets stressful sometimes. We’re just a local crew trying to do right by our neighbors and make sure no one goes hungry during a big celebration. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here in Maharashtra.
