Nashik is a nice change of pace from the bigger cities, and we like the atmosphere here. We are Finminds Ventures, and we mostly spend our days looking at different business projects. The office isn't very large, but it has a good view from the balcony. We’ve got our computers set up and a table for when we need to sit down and discuss things. It’s a pretty relaxed environment. We don’t go in for all that corporate jargon or fancy mission statements. We just show up, do our work, and go home. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of data to go through. We’ve lived in Nashik for a long time, so we know the area well. The building is modern enough and everything works like it should. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a decent job for the people we work with. It’s mostly just us and our files.
