We operate out of Manki Niwas on Jail Road, right in the Damodar Nagar neighborhood. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been part of the Nashik community for a bit now. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just our space at Plot No. 10 where we handle our food business. It’s a mix of different things depending on the day, but it always involves getting food ready for the market. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure everything is sealed up tight. It's not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We're usually in our aprons or carrying boxes around. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, but we keep busy enough. We don't go around making big promises about being the best. We just do the work and hope people like what we’re putting out. Sometimes things get a bit cramped in the office, especially when a new shipment arrives, but we make do. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we are an LLP on paper. We know the people on Jail Road and they know us. It’s about being consistent and showing up every morning to get the orders filled. There’s no secret to it, just staying on top of the little details. We’re just a small part of the food scene here in Maharashtra, trying to make things work one day at a time without any fuss or complicated plans. It's just simple food for simple people.
