Deshmukh Software Solutions Private Limited is located in Nashik, specifically in the Anandwalli area. We’re in Flat No. 7 at Shivani Apartments, which is on plot 22 and 23 near the Luth Bungalow. It’s a residential neighborhood in Kalemala, so it’s much quieter than being in the middle of the city market. Working out of an apartment gives the whole place a very relaxed and homey feel. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a security guard at the front desk. Usually, you just ring the bell and one of us will let you in. We started this because we wanted a simple way to work on software without all the stress of a big office environment. Most of our days are spent at our desks, writing code or talking to people on the phone about their requirements. We have a small balcony where we take breaks and watch the traffic go by on the street below. Since we’re in Nashik, things move at a bit of a slower pace, and we’re fine with that. We don’t make grand promises; we just tell people what we can do and then we go ahead and do it. It’s a straightforward way of running things, and it has worked for us so far. We like being a local business and having a space that feels more like a home than a cubicle farm.
