Cyber Technology

You can find Cyber Technology over in Pratibha Nagar. We are located in the Anant building within Gundesha Park, which is part of Jagdare Colony. It’s a quiet residential area, which makes it a nice place to work without too much distraction. We mostly deal with computer repairs, software issues, and helping people get their tech working again. Our shop is filled with old monitors, keyboards, and various spare parts that we’ve collected over the years. It might look a bit messy to someone else, but we know exactly where everything is. People from the colony often drop by with their laptops when something goes wrong. We don't have a big reception desk or a waiting room. Usually, people just pull up a stool and talk to us while we take a look at their machines. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of our customers by name. We aren't a big service center with uniforms and ticket numbers. We just take the computers, figure out what’s broken, and fix it. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, and other times we have to wait for a part to be delivered. We try to be fair and just tell people how it is. It’s a small, local operation, and we like being part of the neighborhood. The work keeps us busy, and there’s always something new to learn about computers.
