Beyond Barber Salon

You can find us at Shop Number 1 in the Samarth Apartment building. It’s on Wadala Pathardi Road, right near Sudarshan Lawns in Nashik. I decided to open this salon because Indira Nagar needed a decent place for men to get a shave or a haircut without having to go too far. It’s a small shop, just one room really. We have a couple of chairs and some good lighting. I tried to make it look okay, but it’s mostly just practical. We handle beards, hair, and sometimes face massages if people have time. The road outside can get dusty, so I’m always wiping down the front window and the chairs. A lot of our customers are guys living in the apartments nearby. They usually walk over in their slippers. We don't really take formal appointments, you just walk in and if a chair is free, you sit down. If not, there's a small wooden bench to wait on. We have a TV usually playing the news or a cricket match. It’s a simple setup. Nashik is growing fast and this area has changed so much since we opened. We aren't doing anything fancy, just standard barber work. Sometimes I stay open a bit later if a regular calls and says he's stuck in traffic coming from the city center. It’s just how we do things here. The scissors need sharpening every few days, and that’s a chore I usually handle on Monday mornings when we are slow.
