Anjali Food & Spices

Anjali Food & Spices is at Plot No.B-35 in the MIDC area. We are located near the RTO office, which is a very busy spot with people coming and going for their vehicle business all day long. We are also right opposite M G Packaging. Since we are in an industrial zone, there are always large trucks parked along the road and the sound of heavy engines running. Our work is all about food and spices, which feels a little different from the heavy metal and plastic businesses around us. We have a few machines for grinding spices, and they make a steady rhythm that we’ve all gotten used to. The space is mostly filled with big sacks of raw spices waiting to be processed. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and some shelves for our tools. It gets quite hot in the mid-afternoon, especially when the machines have been running for hours. We usually take a break then and sit in the shade of the loading dock. Most of our work involves weighing out the finished powder and sealing it into bags. We don't have a marketing team or a polished office. It’s just us and the spices in a simple industrial unit. People find us because of our location near the RTO or because someone told them we were here at B-35. It’s a practical place for a practical business, and that’s how we like it.
