Alalkar Beauty Parlour

We are located over in Vijay Nagar in Sinnar. It is pretty easy to find the shop since we are right near the New Court. Most people in this part of Nashik are familiar with the area. My parlor is just a small, local spot where women from the neighborhood come for hair work or maybe some henna. It isn’t anything fancy or polished. I started this place because I enjoyed beauty work and there seemed to be a need for it in this corner of town. Some days are quite slow and I just sit and watch the people walking towards the court building. Other days, I don’t even have time to sit down because there are so many regulars waiting their turn. I try to keep my prices fair because everyone knows everyone else around here. It is a small community after all. The shop has everything needed for basic beauty treatments. I make sure the towels are clean and the mirrors are wiped down every morning. People like coming here because they don’t have to dress up or act a certain way. They can just be themselves and talk. Sometimes we discuss the local news or what is happening with the school. It feels more like a small gathering place than just a business.
