Akshay Hair Style Salon

Our place is Shop No 4 in Adarsh Nagar Society, located in the Panchavati part of Nashik. Most people around here call the area Ramwadi. It’s a residential neighborhood, so we know almost everyone who walks through the door. We aren't trying to be some big city salon with expensive prices. We are just Akshay Hair Style Salon, a place for the local guys to get a haircut. The shop is tucked into the society building, so it feels very private and quiet compared to the main road. We have a couple of chairs and a small bench for people to sit on while they wait. Sometimes the local kids come in and hang out for a bit. We don't have a lot of rules; we just expect people to be decent. The mirrors are clear and the towels are clean, and that’s about all that matters. In the evenings, it gets quite busy when people get back from work. We usually have the radio playing some news or old songs in the background. It’s a comfortable routine we’ve had for a long time.
