21Cfarm Technovations Llp

We are located in Umrale, which is in the Dindori area of Nashik. Our office is at Sunil Popat Kedar’s place. It’s a bit of a mix here because we are 21Cfarm Technovations Llp, so we do a lot with technology but we are still very much tied to the farm and the soil. Nashik is famous for its agriculture, so it’s the right place for us to be working. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and then going out to look at crops in the field. It’s a bit of a back-and-forth between the two worlds. The office isn't anything special, just some computers and a lot of cables everywhere. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here in Umrale, but we make do and get the work finished eventually. We are just a small group of people who think there is a better way to do things using a bit of tech. We don't have a big corporate structure or managers watching us. If someone has an idea, we just try it out to see if it works. Most of the time we are just busy solving small problems that pop up every day. It’s not glamorous work. Dindori is a nice area and the air is better here than in the middle of the city. We don't have a formal dress code. Usually, we are just in jeans. It’s a practical way to work.
