You can find At S India Pvt. Ltd. over at 12 A in the Industrial Area. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a place in an industrial zone. There are trucks coming and going all the time and the sound of heavy machinery is just part of the background noise. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The building is solid and does its job, even if it’s not the prettiest thing to look at. Inside, we have our equipment and our desks, and everyone knows exactly what they’re supposed to be doing. It’s a lot of practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings or big presentations. Most of our talking happens while we are actually standing on the floor or grabbing a quick tea near the entrance. Some days the heat in the warehouse part can get a bit much, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local team trying to keep the production moving. Every morning the shutters go up and every evening they come down. It’s a simple rhythm but it works for us. We know the neighbors in 12 B and 13, and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a good community of workers here, and we’re just glad to be part of the local industry. We don't need much more than a good day's work.
